Accountable to: Head of Team of Architects and Director of Construction Projects

Main responsibilities:

** Prepare working drawings required for construction according to the instructions of the supervisor;
** Execute technical drawings according to the set deadlines;
** In agreement with the head of the arch-group, make changes to the drawing and submit it to the director of construction projects;
** When performing the drawing, take into account the construction regulations and safety regulations established by state standards;
** Plan tasks with the group and ensure their timely and quality execution;
** If necessary, visit the construction site and take appropriate measures in case of a problem during the construction process and inform the supervisor;
** Be guided by the standards set within the project.

Qualification Requirements / Skills:

** 4 year of work experience in a similar position;
** Knowledge of construction standards and rules will be considered preferable;
** Knowledge of programs (AutoCAD / ArchiCad / Revit & Adobe Programs)
** Organization and ability to manage time effectively;
** Ability to work on different tasks simultaneously;
