Multifamily Residential Building Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Type: Multifamily Residential Building Archicon’s Role: Architectural & Structural Design Status: Designed The project is a contemporary multifamily residential building designed with a strong focus on functional living spaces, natural daylight, comfortable common areas, and a distinctive architectural identity. Archicon delivered the complete architectural and structural design scope, including spatial planning, façade and architectural development, structural analysis, and the design of the building’s load-bearing system and structural details. Particular attention was given to the coordination between the architectural and structural disciplines, seismic stability, the appropriate selection of foundations and primary structural elements, and compliance with the building’s functional and technical requirements. The objective was to create a safe, functional, comfortable, and contemporary residential environment that integrates well into the urban context and responds to the everyday needs of future residents.
