HOVER Multifamily Residential Complex Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Type: Multifamily Residential Complex Archicon’s Role: Structural Design Status: Designed HOVER is a contemporary multifamily residential complex designed to provide functional living spaces, natural daylight, and a modern urban environment. Archicon delivered the complete structural design scope, including structural analysis and the development of the building’s load-bearing system. The design process focused on structural stability, seismic loads, the appropriate selection of foundations and primary structural elements, as well as full coordination with the architectural design. The objective was to develop a structural system that ensures safety, reliability, and efficiency while fully supporting the functional requirements of a modern multifamily residential building.
