PepsiCo Industrial & Warehouse Expansion Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Scope: Architecture, Structural Design, MEP Systems, Fire Safety, Permit Management Site Area: 8,500 m² Building Area: 1,500 m² Infrastructure Area: 6,700 m² Status: Completed / Under Construction Archicon delivered the complete multidisciplinary design and coordinated the project throughout the municipal approval and permitting process. One of the key challenges was integrating the new warehouse with the existing production infrastructure while maintaining logistics, fire access, and the facility’s operational requirements. The engineering works were carried out in cooperation with JETEX Solutions.
