Likani Resort / Wyndham Hotel Complex Location: Likani, Borjomi, Georgia Area: Approx. 28,000 m² Type: Hotel / Resort Complex Archicon’s Role: Structural Design Status: Designed Likani Resort is an approximately 28,000 m² hotel and resort complex located in the distinctive natural environment of Likani, Georgia. Archicon delivered the complete structural design scope, including structural analysis and the development of the building’s load-bearing system. The design process focused on the scale of the building, structural loads, spatial stability, foundation and structural element selection, as well as coordination with the architectural design. The objective was to develop a structural system that ensures safety, reliability, and efficiency, while fully supporting the architectural and functional requirements of the hotel complex.
