JYSK Warehouse Location: Tbilisi, Georgia Type: Warehouse / Logistics Facility Archicon’s Role: Structural Design Status: Designed The JYSK warehouse is a large-scale logistics facility designed with particular attention to long spans, efficient internal space, and the structural requirements of warehouse operations. Archicon delivered the complete structural design scope, including structural analysis, selection of the primary load-bearing elements, and development of the required structural details. The design process considered warehouse-specific loads, seismic actions, long-span structural requirements, racking and technical equipment loads, as well as coordination with the architectural and operational layout. The objective was to develop a safe, reliable, and cost-efficient structural system that fully meets the requirements of a modern warehouse and logistics facility.
